Supplier: Sartorius
Description: LentiSELECT kits offer LentiSELECT 40, LentiSELECT 500 and LentiSELECT 1000 for the purification and concentration of VSV-G pseudotyped lentivirus from 40 to 1000 ml cell culture, leading to purified infective particles. These lentivirus purification and concentration kits offer purified recombinant lentivirus particles for in-vitro transfection a fast, safe and easy to use solution. These kits replace time-consuming ultracentrifugation protocols, which typically take about one day for large sample volumes, thus reducing the purification time to only a few hours.

Supplier: VARIAN
Description: Solid phase microextraction (SPME) is a technique for extracting analytes from solid, liquid or gaseous samples by adsorbing them onto the SPME fiber and then desorbing them into an inlet, either on a gas chromatograph (GC) or an HPLC system. SPME is amenable to automation using an autosampler or it can be performed manually as well.

Supplier: OMEGA BIO-TEK
Description: The E.Z.N.A.® HP Total RNA Isolation Kit provides a rapid and easy method for RNA isolation from a small amount of cultured eukaryotic cells or tissues. This kit allows single or simultaneous processing of multiple samples in less than 40 minutes. Normally, 1×10⁷ eukaryotic cells or 25 to 30 mg tissue can be used in a single experiment. There is no need for phenol/chloroform extractions, time-consuming steps such as CsCl gradient ultracentrifugation, or precipitation with isopropanol or LiCl. RNA purified using the E.Z.N.A.® HP Total RNA method is ready for applications such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, Northern blotting, poly A+ RNA (mRNA) purification, nuclease protection, and in vitro translation.
Supplier: STEMCELL Technologies
Description: Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) is a member of the CSF family of glycoproteins that regulate hematopoietic cell proliferation, differentiation, and function. It is a key cytokine involved in the production of neutrophils and the stimulation of granulocyte colony formation from hematopoietic progenitor cells (Metcalf and Nicola). G-CSF causes a range of effects including a transient reduction of SDF-1 expression (Petit et al.), the activation of metalloproteases that cleave VCAM-1 (Levesque et al.), and the release of norepinephrine from the sympathetic nervous system (Katayama et al.), leading to the release or mobilization of hematopoietic stem cells from the bone marrow into the periphery. The G-CSF receptor is expressed on a variety of hematopoietic cells, including myeloid-committed progenitor cells, neutrophils, granulocytes, and monocytes. In addition to hematopoietic cells, G-CSF is also expressed in cardiomyocytes, neuronal cells, mesothelial cells, and endothelial cells. Mouse G-CSF was first purified from cultures of the WEHI-3B myelomonocytic leukemia cell line as the inducer of the terminal differentiation of WEHI-3B and other myeloid leukemia cell lines (Nicola et al.). It was later cloned in monkey COS cells from a cDNA library prepared with mRNA derived from mouse fibrosarcoma NFSA cells that produce G-CSF constitutively (Tsuchiya et al.). Binding of G-CSF to its receptor leads to activation of the JAK/STAT, MAPK, PI3K, and AKT signal transduction pathways.

Supplier: LIOFILCHEM
Description: EnteroPluri Test is a 12-sector system containing special culture media that permits identification of the Enterobacteriaceae and other gram negative, oxidase negative bacteria. The system allows the simultaneous inoculation of all media present in the sectors and the execution of 15 biochemical reactions. Microorganism is identified evaluating the colour change of the different culture media after 18 to 24 hours of incubation at 36 ±1 °C and by a code number obtained from biochemical reaction interpretation. Oxidase, Kovacs Reagent Indol (e.g. 1.00181.0002, 1.09293.0100, 1.11350.0001) and Codebook are not included.
