Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-6675R-A350)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Forms a voltage-independent potassium channel that is activated by intracellular calcium. Activation is followed by membrane hyperpolarization which promotes calcium influx. Required for maximal calcium influx and proliferation during the reactivation of naive T-cells. The channel is blocked by clotrimazole and charybdotoxin but is insensitive to apamin.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (ROCKMB-103-1000)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemicals
Description: DNA from salmon is commonly used in the preparation of pre-hybridisation and hybridisation solutions. These prepared solutions are used to block the non-specific attachment of probe to the surface of a membrane. The DNA solutions are prepared from highly pure, phenol/chloroform-extracted DNA, and DNase- and RNase-free (DEPC-treated) distilled, deionised water.
UOM: 1 * 1 g

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-2509R-A647)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Required for assembly and stability of the aminoacyl-tRNA synthase complex. Mediates ubiquitination and degradation of FUBP1, a transcriptional activator of MYC, leading to MYC down-regulation which is required for aveolar type II cell differentiation. Blocks MDM2-mediated ubiquitination and degradation of p53/TP53. Functions as a proapoptotic factor.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-5161R-A350)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: F-actin-capping proteins bind in a Ca(2+)-independent manner to the fast growing ends of actin filaments (barbed end) thereby blocking the exchange of subunits at these ends. Unlike other capping proteins (such as gelsolin and severin), these proteins do not sever actin filaments.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-6625R-CY5)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Insig2 is highly similar to the protein product encoded by gene Insig1. Both Insig1 protein and Insig2 protein are endoplasmic reticulum proteins that block the processing of sterol regulatory element binding proteins (SREBPs) by binding to SREBP cleavage-activating protein (SCAP), and thus prevent SCAP from escorting SREBPs to the Golgi.
UOM: 1 * 100 µl

Supplier: Biowest
Description: Guinea pig serum is the liquid fraction of whole blood that is collected after the blood is allowed to clot; it is the blood plasma with the fibrinogens removed. Serum includes all proteins not used in blood clotting (coagulation) and all the electrolytes, antibodies, antigens, hormones, and any exogenous substances. Guinea pig serum is used as a blocking agent in immunoassays and controls.

Supplier: ENZO LIFE SCIENCES
Description: Blocks slow voltage-sensitive L-type Ca²⁺ channels. Adrenergic antagonist. Inhibits platelet-activating factor and PMA-stimulated prostaglandin production in Kupffer cells. Induces apoptosis. In vitro resistance modifier in drug resistant human tumor cell lines.

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-12215R-HRP)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: Zinc-finger proteins contain DNA-binding domains and have a wide variety of functions, most of which encompass some form of transcriptional activation or repression. The majority of zinc-finger proteins contain a Krüppel-type DNA binding domain and a KRAB domain, which is thought to interact with KAP1, thereby recruiting histone modifying proteins. ZNF266 is a 549 amino acid nuclear protein belonging to the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc finger protein family. ZNF266 has one KRAB domain and fourteen C2H2 zinc fingers. Due to the presence of these domains, ZNF266 is thought to be involved in transcriptional regulation. Repression of ZNF266 results in the blocking of erythroid differentiation and partial blocking of megakaryocytic differentiation, possibly indicating a role in the differentiation of erythroids and megakaryocytes.

Description: BLOK™ Casein is a purified protein, used for blocking free binding sites in Western blot, ELISA plate well, immunohistochemistry and other immunochemical applications.

Catalog Number: (BOSSBS-11269R)
Supplier: Bioss
Description: The immunophilins are a highly conserved family of cis-trans peptidyl-prolyl isomerases that bind to and mediate the effects of immunosuppressive drugs, such as cyclosporin, FK506 and rapamycin (1). Several related immunophilins, FKBP12, FKBP51 and FKBP52, are characterized as cytosolic FK506-binding proteins, and following ligand binding, they functionally inhibit the phosphatase activity of calcineurin (2,3). The ubiquitously expressed FKBP12 also associates with the cytoplasmic domain of the TGF?type I receptor, where it stabilizes the inactive conformation of the receptor and blocks the activation of the TGF?pathway (4). FKBP51 and FKBP52 are two highly related proteins (5,6). FKBP51 is predominantly expressed in T cells and is induced by glucocorticoids (5). FKBP51 mediates the effects of FK506 and rapamycin by inhibiting intracellular calcineurin activity, and by blocking T-cell activation and proliferation (7). FKBP52, known also as FKBP-59 or heat shock protein 56, is expressed in a variety of tissues and can also associate with the heat shock protein (hsp90) in mature steroid receptor complexes (6,8).

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The RM4-5 antibody reacts with mouse CD4, a 55 kDa protein which acts as a co-receptor for the T cell receptor (TCR) in its interaction with MHC Class II molecules on antigen-presenting cells. The extracellular domain of CD4 binds to the beta2-domain of MHC Class II, while its cytoplasmic tail provides a binding site for the tyrosine kinase lck, facilitating the signaling cascade that initiates T cell activation. CD4 is typically expressed on thymocytes, certain mature T cell populations such as Th17 and T regulatory (Treg) cells, as well as on dendritic cells. The RM4-5 antibody is widely used as a phenotypic marker for CD4 expression. If used together, the RM4-5 antibody and an alternative antibody, Anti-Mouse CD4 clone GK1.5, will compete for binding, i.e. RM4-5 antibody is able to block GK1.5 antibody binding to cells. In contrast, RM4-5 antibody does not block the binding of Anti-Mouse CD4 clone RM4-4 to cells.
