Supplier: Biotium
Description: Anti-IgG Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (CF™ 640R)

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Anti-IgG Donkey Polyclonal Antibody (CF™ 640R)

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Anti-IgG Goat Polyclonal Antibody (CF™ 680)

Supplier: Biotium
Description: This conjugate is prepared by labeling F(ab’)2 fragment of goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) with CF™640R dye. CF™ dyes offer advantages in brightness, photostability, and specificity compared to other fluorescent dyes. Far-red fluorescent CF™640R (Ex/Em 642/662 nm) is much brighter than Cy®5 and at least as bright as Alexa Fluor® 647, and has exceptional photostability.

Alexa Fluor® is a registered trademark of Thermo Fisher Scientific. Cy®5 is a registered trademark of GE Healthcare.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Anti-IgG Goat Polyclonal Antibody (CF™ 543)

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Anti-IgG Bovine Polyclonal Antibody (CF™ 488A)

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Nitric oxide donors, nitric oxide synthase inhibitors and nitric oxide detection reagents and kits for nitric oxide (NO) studies.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Nerve terminal probes are a series of fluorescent cationic styryl dyes developed to follow synaptic activity. These dyes have a lipophilic tail at one end and a hydrophilic cationically charged head group at the other end. The dyes vary in the number of carbons in the lipophilic tail (m) and the number of double bonds linking the two aromatic rings in the dye (n). AM dyes are similar to FM dyes, but contain an additional formaldehyde-fixable amino group in the cationic head.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: SynaptoGreen™ C18 (equivalent to FM®3-25) is a membrane stain with a chemical structure similar to other nerve terminal dyes, except that it has the longest lipophilic tail (C18). Because of its large size, it is used as a control for ion channel permeability of nerve terminal dyes.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: Similar to other sulforhodamine dyes, the highly water-soluble sulforhodamine B can also be used as a polar tracer for the studies of cell morphology and neuronal cell-cell communication. In addition, sulforhodamine B has been shown to be a superior protein stain for use in the quantification of cellular proteins of cultured cells.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: CF® Dyes with a BCN group react with azides via a copper-free bioorthogonal reaction to label target molecules for surface staining of live cells or cell extracts. Membrane-permeant CF® Dye BCN conjugates for intracellular labelling reactions are also available.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: A high quality biotin-binding protein conjugated to Biotium's signature bright and photostable fluorescent CF® dyes, and a selection of other labels.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: The TrueBlack® WB blocking buffer kit is a ready-to-use buffer system that provides optimal specificity, sensitivity, and background signal suppression for fluorescence-based western blotting (WB).

Supplier: Biotium
Description: This MAb is specific to kappa light chain of immunoglobulin and shows no cross-reaction with lambda light chain or any of the five heavy chains. In mammals, the two light chains in an antibody are always identical, with only one type of light chain, kappa or lambda. The ratio of Kappa to Lambda is 70:30. However, with the occurrence of multiple myeloma or other B-cell malignancies this ratio is disturbed. Antibody to the kappa light chain is reportedly useful in the identification of leukemias, plasmacytomas, and certain non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Demonstration of clonality in lymphoid infiltrates indicates that the infiltrate is malignant.

Supplier: Biotium
Description: This MAb recognizes a 60 kDa antigen associated with the mitochondria in cells. It is a part of a new panel of reagents, which recognizes subcellular organelles or compartments of cells. These markers may be useful in identification of these organelles in cells, tissues, and biochemical preparations. It recognizes an antigen associated with the mitochondria in cells from a wide variety of animals, but not insects and bacteria. It can be used to stain the mitochondria in cell or tissue preparations and can be used as a mitochondrial marker in subcellular fractions. It produces a spaghetti-like pattern in normal and malignant cells and may be used to stain mitochondria of cells in fixed or frozen tissue sections. It can also be used with paraformaldehyde fixed frozen tissue or cell preparations.
